Terms and conditions

What you are agreeing to when you book, in plain language.

Who you are booking with

Greedy Adventures arranges adventure activities with the operators who run them — the dropzones that fly the aircraft, the schools that certify the divers, the pilots who fly the tandems. We are the booking and the point of contact; the activity itself is delivered by the operator named on the package page.

This matters in one practical way: the operator's own safety rules, weight limits and medical requirements apply on the day, and they are final. Where we know them, they are written on the package page.

Booking and payment

Slots are held on request. There is no cart and no payment gateway on this website, and no card details are ever entered here.

You pay the operator directly at the dropzone, dive shop or mountain on the day, unless the package page says otherwise. Multi-day trips and courses with fixed departure dates may ask for a deposit to hold a place; if so it is stated on that trip's page and agreed in writing before anything is taken.

Prices are shown in the currency they are quoted in — Thai baht for Thailand, Indian rupees for India — and are not converted. What you see is what the operator charges.

Requirements

You must be 18 or older to make a tandem skydive, and you must bring valid photo identification. Some activities accept younger participants with a guardian present: paragliding from 16, scuba from 10 on junior courses, snowboard group lessons from 12.

Tandem skydives carry a 100 kg weight limit. It is a limit of the harness and the canopy, not a judgement, and it cannot be waived.

You must declare any heart condition, respiratory condition, recent surgery, pregnancy, or anything you take regular medication for. Scuba requires a medical questionnaire and, for some answers, a doctor's sign-off before you can be certified.

Nobody under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be permitted to take part. This is not negotiable and no refund is given in that situation.

Safety and the operator's discretion

Every activity we sell is weather-dependent and condition-dependent. The instructor, pilot or divemaster on the day has absolute discretion to delay, shorten or stop an activity, and to decline a participant, on safety grounds.

If that happens you are not being penalised, and the cancellations page sets out exactly what you get back.

Photos and video

Photo and video packages are shot by the operator. Where a package includes media, it is normally handed over the same day; if equipment fails and no usable footage exists, that portion of the price is refunded.

We sometimes ask whether we can use a photograph of your jump on this site or on Instagram. We ask first, every time, and no is a complete answer with no effect on your booking.

Complaints and liability

If something goes wrong, tell us. The fastest route is WhatsApp on the number in the footer, and we will take it up with the operator on your behalf.

Adventure sports carry inherent risk that cannot be removed by any amount of training or equipment. You will be asked to sign the operator's own waiver on the day, and you should read it. Nothing on this page limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

These terms apply from the date shown at the foot of the page. If they change, the version in force is the one published when you booked.
