Privacy

The short version

We collect what you send us in order to arrange your activity, and nothing else. We do not sell it, we do not share it for marketing, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.

There are no accounts on this website, so there is nothing to log in to and no profile stored against you.

What we collect, and when

When you message us on WhatsApp: your phone number, your name as it appears on WhatsApp, and whatever you write. This is how most bookings happen.

When you use the contact form: your name, your email address, and your message.

When you subscribe to the newsletter: your email address, and nothing else.

When you book: the details the operator needs on the day — usually name, age, weight for tandem activities, and any medical information you have declared. Medical information is given to the operator running your activity and to nobody else.

We do not ask for and never store card details. There is no payment gateway on this site.

What we do with it

We use your details to answer your question, arrange your booking, and tell you if something about it changes.

We pass to the operator only what they need to run your activity safely and to have you on the manifest.

If you subscribe to the newsletter we send occasional email about season dates, course openings and trips. Every one of those has an unsubscribe link and one click is enough.

Who else can see it

The operator running your activity — the dropzone, the dive school, the flying site — receives your booking details. They are named on the package page before you book.

This site is hosted by Vercel, which processes standard server logs including IP addresses.

Conversations you start on WhatsApp are carried by WhatsApp and subject to their privacy policy as well as this one.

The About page embeds reels from Instagram. Those are loaded by Instagram in a frame, and Instagram may set cookies and see that a browser requested them. We receive nothing from those embeds.

That is the complete list. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party trackers.

How long we keep it

Booking correspondence is kept for 24 months after the activity, because questions about a jump, a certification or an insurance claim tend to arrive long after the day itself.

Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Medical declarations are kept by the operator under their own retention rules, not by us.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Message us on WhatsApp or email the address in the footer and we will action it within 30 days.

Deletion is straightforward, with one exception: where we are required to retain a record for insurance or safety reasons, we will say so and tell you when it can be removed.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time without affecting anything else.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies of its own.

Instagram embeds on the About page and any embedded video may set their own cookies when they load. Blocking third-party cookies in your browser will stop those and the rest of the site will work normally.

Children

Some activities accept participants under 18 with a guardian. In those cases we deal with the guardian, and the details we collect about a minor are limited to what the operator needs for safety on the day.

Getting in touch

Anything about your data — a question, a correction, a deletion request — goes to the WhatsApp number or the email address in the footer of this page. A real person reads it.
